Welcome to the www.pacificadallas.com website (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by RentVision, LLC d/b/a RentVision ("RentVision" or "we" or "us"). RentVision does not own or operate the apartment community. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We have established this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") and are providing it to you so that you can understand the manner in which we collect, use, maintain, and disclose your information and the efforts we use to protect it. This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect: (a) on this Site; and (b) in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Site. Please note that this policy is for this Site and does not apply to third party advertisers or third party websites linked from our Site. Nor does it apply to the RentVision.com website or the activities of RentVision in its own capacity. Please check the privacy policies on those websites for more information.

RentVision has created this Site for the company associated with this Site, CAF Management. As a result, CAF Management acts as "data controller" for the Site and RentVision acts as "data processor" for the Site. In other words, CAF Management determines what data is collected from the Site and for what purpose and RentVision merely processes and stores such data. RentVision relies on CAF Management's legal basis for data collection when processing data collected through the Site. CAF Management's legal basis arises from CAF Management's need to evaluate and process rental applicants, provide property management services, and to advance CAF Management's other legitimate interests, as described more fully in this Privacy Policy. CAF Management also relies on your consent in some circumstances as the basis for processing your personal information.

This Privacy Policy is designed to address only RentVision's data practices with respect to activities conducted via the Site. RentVision may occasionally partner with third parties, such as Google Analytics, in the course of processing data via the Site. RentVision is committed to ensuring that it has appropriate terms in place with such partners so that both RentVision and others comply with applicable laws. This Privacy Policy does not cover information that is exempted from privacy policy notification requirements, including information about employees, contractors, job applicants and information processed exclusively in the context of a business person acting in a business capacity.

Third Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

This Site uses Google Analytics (and in the future may use other similar sites or services), a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"), to better assist CAF Management in understanding how the Site is used. Google Analytics will place cookies on your computer that will generate information that we select about your use of the Site, including your computer's IP address. That information will be transmitted to and stored by Google. The information will be used for the purpose of evaluating consumer use of the Site, compiling reports on Site activity for CAF Management's use, and providing other services relating to Site activity and usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Third Party Advertising and Remarketing

In addition to using cookies and related technologies as described above, RentVision may also permit certain third party companies to help us tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to users and to collect and use other data about user activities on the Site. These companies may deliver ads that might also place cookies and otherwise track user behavior. These companies may use information about user behavior in order to provide customized advertisements across various products and services. In the course of providing these products and services or placing advertisements, these third party companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on your computer, and may record information to these cookies based upon your activities on the Site and on third party websites. Third party companies that RentVision may use for these purposes are Google, Facebook, and/or Bing. Use of Personal Information

RentVision (and/or RentVision's third party partners) may use your Personal Information to perform the following activities on behalf of CAF Management:

1. To present and operate the Site and to personalize the Site to you (see Third Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies for more information);
2. To contact you (such as by mail or email) for the purpose of informing you of rental availabilities and/or products or services available from RentVision, CAF Management, or their affiliates;
3. To contact you (such as by mail or email) for the purpose of conducting market research, such as by requesting your opinion about current services or potential new services that may be offered;
4. To provide you with customer support;
5. To provide or deliver information, products, or services that you request from us
6. To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection
7. To notify you about changes to our Site or any products or services we offer or provide through it;
8. To perform statistical analysis, such as by analyzing the types of services users are interested in and websites and pages users visit.
9. To detect and protect against fraud, or any technical or security vulnerabilities;
10. To protect the rights, property, safety, or security of our business, third parties, visitors to our websites, or the public;
11. In connection with a sale, merger, or consolidation of RentVision or other transfer of our assets, whether voluntarily or by operation of law;

Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

1. To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
2. To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business.
3. To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of RentVision, LLC's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by RentVision, LLC about our Site users is among the assets transferred.
4. To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
5. For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
6. With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

1. To comply with legal obligations when we believe in good faith that an applicable law requires it.
2. To enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
3. If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of RentVision, LLC, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

RentVision may share your personal information with CAF Management, including CAF Management's employees, officers, or agents; with the property owners of the property promoted on the Site, including their employees, officers, or agents; and with RentVision's own employees, officers, or agents. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, RentVision will not disclose your personal information to third parties.

California Resident's Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may apply to California residents whose Personal Information is collected by parties that meet other criteria. If the CCPA applies to us, California residents may request to know about Personal Information collected about them and request deletion of that Personal Information. These rights are subject to certain exceptions, including without limitation, for Personal Information subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. If we are subject to the CCPA, you can learn more about these rights and our processes for consumer requests by contacting us using one of the methods listed below. If you exercise any of the rights afforded to you by the CCPA, we will continue to treat you fairly.

If the CCPA applies to us and to your information, you can submit a request to us for the following personal information we have collected:

• The categories of personal information we've collected about you.
• The categories of sources from which we collected the personal information.
• The business or commercial purposes for which we collected or sold the personal information.
• The categories of third parties with which we shared the personal information.
• The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
• The categories of personal information (if any) that we have sold about you, the categories of third parties to which we sold that information, and the category or categories of personal information sold to each third party.
• The categories of personal information that we disclosed about you for a business purpose.

Our responses to any of these requests will cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of the request. Upon request, we will delete the personal information we have collected about you that is covered by the CCPA, unless a relevant exception to the right to deletion applies.

State Privacy Rights

Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah each provide their state residents with rights to:

1. Confirm whether we process their Personal Information.
2. Access and delete we process their Personal Information.
3. Data portability.
4. Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales.

GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR"), which became effective on May 25, 2018, creates consistent data protection rules across Europe. It applies to all companies that process data about individuals in the European Union. The GDPR imposes responsibilities on "data controllers" and "data processors." A company is a "data controller" when it has the responsibility of determining why and how personal data is processed. A company is a "data processor" when it processes personal data on behalf of a data controller. While CAF Management operates as a data controller, there are some instances in which RentVision operates as a data processor, particularly when working with customers and other third parties. To the extent RentVision acts as a data processor, RentVision is committed to complying with the GDPR's specific requirements for data processors and we will work with customers and to update any related privacy policies on other websites.

This Policy is designed to address only RentVision's data practices with respect to activities conducted by RentVision on its own behalf or through the Site. For those activities, RentVision acts as a data processor and may appoint service providers to act as data processor on its behalf, such as Google Analytics, and as further set forth herein. RentVision is committed to ensuring that it has appropriate terms in place with such partners so that both RentVision and the partners comply with their respective requirements under the GDPR.

Data controllers must have a legal basis to process your personal information. CAF Management's legal basis to process your information arises from CAF Management's need to use your information to provide you with the services and customer support and to advance CAF Management's other legitimate interests (including operating the Site, conducting direct and indirect marketing, etc.), as discussed more fully in this Policy. CAF Management also relies on your consent in some circumstances as the basis for processing your personal information.

If you are located in the European Union you may have certain rights under the GDPR. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure, (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information, and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. To the extent it is applicable, this policy is made under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. There are some rare exceptions to the commitments set out above.

Data Retention Policy

Personal information that RentVision processes or enlists others to process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes, and in no event shall such information be kept for more than a reasonable period of time. However, RentVision will retain personal information beyond this time period to the extent it is required to do so by law or to the extent reasonably necessary to defend CAF Management's rights or property.

Security of Personal Information

RentVision takes reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and RentVision cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

RentVision takes special precautions to protect any information you provide pursuant to a rental application by encrypting the application before storing it in a database. In addition, your rental application information is stored in a database that is access controlled. See Section 2 for more information on who RentVision may grant access to your personal information.

Personal Information of Minors

Our Sites are not directed or intended for children under the age of 16. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16 years of age. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Site or on or through any of its features. We may collect Personal Information of children under 16, provided by parents or guardians, in connection with the application and rental of a unit, or the provision of property management services. We do not sell the Personal Information of children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Changes to the Statement

RentVision will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect company and customer feedback and to ensure compliance with applicable laws. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Site and this Policy to check for any changes.
